The Value of a Third-Party Contractor
Definition: A third-party contractor is a service provider who is not directly controlled by either the seller (first party) or the customer/buyer (second party).
What does this mean to you?
It means that when you hire FloorMedics for your concrete moisture testing needs, you receive test results based on facts and sound science and are, therefore, able to make the best decisions for your flooring project. This helps ensure that the flooring type, adhesive, and other factors are installed properly and you’ll have a long-lasting floor.
Over the last 10 years, we have tested over 8,000 projects nationally and all have been certified through our errors and omissions policy. This gives you peace of mind because we at FloorMedics are concrete experts. Just as flooring companies are experts at floor coverings…not concrete. We test and offer risk assessments based on our unbiased data and that’s all!
FloorMedics is an independent, unbiased contractor and you can rely on our neutral results. Non-independent testers, or “in-house testers” for companies, have a “skin in the game.”
FloorMedics utilizes state-of-the-art equipment to provide unbiased concrete moisture testing reports based on the current ASTM standards.
